Pros
Working at Engaged has honestly been one of those rare "this is how work should feel" experiences.
The people are the standout. My coworkers are smart, collaborative, and genuinely good humans (the kind who will jump in to help without making it a whole thing). There's a strong team mentality, even though we're often working across different clients, projects and all remote!
The work itself never gets stale. Because we support a wide range of clients, every project brings something new from different industries, different challenges, and real opportunities to problem-solve in meaningful ways. It keeps things interesting and constantly builds your skillset.
Leadership is supportive without hovering. There's a high level of trust, which means you're given the space to do your job well, while still having the guidance when you need it. Management is approachable, transparent and actually listens (which lets be real, is not the case everywhere).
There's also a strong culture of growth and development. You're encouraged to stretch, take on new challenges, and keep evolving professionally without feeling like you're thrown into the deep end without support.
Cons
The pace can be busy at times (but that's also part of what makes it engaging)
