Pros
The base pay is higher than most other companies and there were plenty of WFH positions available.
Cons
Advertising doesn't not show to customers when they call it will include insurance all they think is that their getting a 8000 dollar subsidy card smh. Also after OEP they are known for letting go low performers they also recently just forloughed everyone in April mangers included and told us to come back in October and this does not include pay.
