The people are great and I like the overall environment
Cons
First of all they pay on the low range compared to the market as well as give "dry promotions". The company isn't a non for profit therefore if I have to work a lot harder and help the companies bottom line I need to be compensated. This is why they have a hard time keeping good people and struggle.
