Pros
The pay was okay, when Roger owned the company before the sell out to Monomoy Capital Partners it was great to work there! Morals and values. You felt appreciated like family. Not anymore, its money and cut-throat mentality.
Cons
Please look at the management, I have given 10 years to this company, it changed a lot. It is sad that it become about titles and greed. Many tenured employees got let go, so that they could reevaluate budget and money. Employees that have been there 27 years and plus. Truly it is so sad, they will be sold again in 2-3 years.
