      Seems more like a criminal operation than a legit company - Senior Account Executive Epsilon Employee Review

      Pros

      None. This company should be shut down by regulators for their criminal activities.

      Cons

      I worked there for several years, and they were engaged in systematic wage theft -- not just with me but with all my co-workers too. They would sign a compensation agreement with you, that includes a non-compete agreement, and then on your first check you see you are getting paid 30% less than what you are owed. I went to management to ask about why I was not being paid what I was owed, and their response was as follows, "The reason we don't pay you what your are owed, is because if we paid our employees in full, we would make less profit." So I ask my co-workers, and they all experience the same thing. This is on top on that the company falsifies client reports, and orders you to lie to your clients.

      Pros

      There are no "Pros". Company is getting driven into the ground, quickly. Unlimited FTO - sure nice if you EVER get to take time off

      Cons

      Employees have been strung along last year (2025), told there would be Merit Increases -- should have been in March 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told it would be in July 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told would have a meeting in Sept 2025; there was a All Hands call and we we're told ONLY Top Performers would get a BONUS, and no one else. Then, in Jan 2026, there was money Allocated for FULL Merit Increases for April 2026. NO Senior Mgnt Communication. It's the end of March 2026 and we are told from our Managers (NOT Senior Mgnt) that there would NOT be any Merit Increases, supposedly "tabled" until July 2026. Time will tell.
