I worked there for several years, and they were engaged in systematic wage theft -- not just with me but with all my co-workers too. They would sign a compensation agreement with you, that includes a non-compete agreement, and then on your first check you see you are getting paid 30% less than what you are owed. I went to management to ask about why I was not being paid what I was owed, and their response was as follows, "The reason we don't pay you what your are owed, is because if we paid our employees in full, we would make less profit."
So I ask my co-workers, and they all experience the same thing. This is on top on that the company falsifies client reports, and orders you to lie to your clients.
