Pros

1. Benefits are good. - flex-PTO and managers actually encourage you to take time-off - Publicis gives out "days of rest" which are days off in addition to flex-PTO and holidays - no limit to sick days (as of the writing of this review) - 401(k) with 4% match - medical and dental, disability, ad&d - fitness reimbursement 2. People managers are trained to support associates. I've had 6 managers in my 6 years at Epsilon, and I've never had any drama/issues with any of them. Each one has been so supportive of my goals and my work. 3. Lots of growth opportunities - learning & development team focused on training on product, team-building, soft-skills - teams that take you on have robust 90-day onboarding plans - easy to move within Epsilon and within Publicis Groupe - you are encouraged to create your own annual goals that will allow you to pursue projects/a career trajectory 4. Flexibility - Prior to covid, Epsilon made it easy to work from their different offices in the US. Hope this continues once we return to the office. 5. Good work-life balance. There are weeks that are super busy, but are offset by less busy weeks. In those cases, manag 6. Covid handling has been good. - Remote work during covid, but we have the option to voluntarily work from the office. There's been no pressure from anyone to come/return into the office. - Constant communication from HR that they prioritize our health. - Very little disruption with work once Epsilon went remote - Leadership opted for paycuts for themselves, pay increase and 401(k) match delay, which resulted in very limited layoffs in 2020. Caveat: promotions and 401(k) matching resumed and paid retroactively later on. 7. Epsilon has a good ad tech platform (similar to Google Marketing Platform, minus Search), and robust technology to reach individuals. I actually believe in this because I've been in very technical trainings where they explain all this, and our campaigns actually deliver performance. 8. Epsilon is part of Publicis, which helped the company get more business and really take advantage of Epsilon's technology.

Cons

1. Low salary relative to the industry. I've seen several internal survey results over my tenure and salary has always been a pain point for many employees. 2. Pay increase is merit-based, which could mean no increase for years even for people who are doing what they're expected to be doing. Wages don't adjust for inflation. 3. Your work experience will be focused/isolated to Epsilon's ad tech platform, which is limiting because we don't use the industry standards such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, etc. This is a negative only if you want to diversify your experience with these platforms over time. 4. Very slow to rollout product enhancements. A project you're working on may take years to be completed. 5. We've been around for decades and have good technology and yet, we are still a small player compared to the big tech companies that are raking in billions in ad revenue. (Although, I believe that the Publicis acquisition of Epsilon has really helped grow Epsilon's business.)

Pros

There are no "Pros". Company is getting driven into the ground, quickly. Unlimited FTO - sure nice if you EVER get to take time off

Cons

Employees have been strung along last year (2025), told there would be Merit Increases -- should have been in March 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told it would be in July 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told would have a meeting in Sept 2025; there was a All Hands call and we we're told ONLY Top Performers would get a BONUS, and no one else. Then, in Jan 2026, there was money Allocated for FULL Merit Increases for April 2026. NO Senior Mgnt Communication. It's the end of March 2026 and we are told from our Managers (NOT Senior Mgnt) that there would NOT be any Merit Increases, supposedly "tabled" until July 2026. Time will tell.
