Pros

- A mature organization that does a great job of keeping employee informed of what the plan for the business is - Worked with great individuals who remain friends to this day - A great place to start a career, really put a focus on training and organization

Cons

- Hands down the reason I left this company was how horrible the manager I reported to acted. The other teams I was part of both had great experiences, second was a team of absolute micromanagers which lead to it being impossible to please or get actual client work done. She made my life absolutely miserable to the point I had to go above her manager to ask to switch teams for the sake of my mental health. By the time the switch was made, I was too burnt out to remain at the company. - Most people leave here due to how slow the opportunity for internal growth is. The company constantly touts on its different socials and how they hire "boomerangs" but, most ppl who have worked here know the quickest way to get "promoted" at the organization is to leave and come back. Instead of them just valuing the talent before they give up and leave, senior leadership would rather spend the time and resources to re-hire someone. - Saw another post that said promotions are only handed out to those who threaten to leave as a way to retain employees & it leads to a lot of bad managers, that was a perfect summary of managers at this company.

Pros

There are no "Pros". Company is getting driven into the ground, quickly. Unlimited FTO - sure nice if you EVER get to take time off

Cons

Employees have been strung along last year (2025), told there would be Merit Increases -- should have been in March 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told it would be in July 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told would have a meeting in Sept 2025; there was a All Hands call and we we're told ONLY Top Performers would get a BONUS, and no one else. Then, in Jan 2026, there was money Allocated for FULL Merit Increases for April 2026. NO Senior Mgnt Communication. It's the end of March 2026 and we are told from our Managers (NOT Senior Mgnt) that there would NOT be any Merit Increases, supposedly "tabled" until July 2026. Time will tell.
