Pros
Great work/life balance. People are mostly working hard, friendly enough. No drama. Positive environment with nice rewards for a job well done.
Cons
Nothing too bad! Sometimes it's hard to track down the correct person to get information you need. Many layers to wade through to make change. Some disconnect with offsite employees filling temporary roles.
