Extremely bad training and on-boarding. Almost 0 training and yet still expected to perform extremely highly and magically know all protocols. Poor communication & horrible vibe within CRE Teams - no caring for their employees - care more about "looks" than being in touch with their employees. High positions in CRE Team do absolutely nothing, honestly sit back, complain unnecessarily & have very old, out dated mindset for a fast-moving, diverse company. Many false promises to keep in touch with employees, having to "chase" manager for chats/meetings. Purposely keeps job description extremely loose in CRE so that they may ask you to do anything. Expect to do everything, work overtime, extra hours, above your limit, however if not doing so then will reflected poorly on yourself. High level of insincerity and inauthenticity, which is a shame for a huge global firm office in London. There is a reason why some sites are unable to keep a steady receptionist (for years).
