Pros

Work from home as needed. Really great perk for families. Fun Events throughout the quarter.

Cons

- Because the department isn't taken seriously the position is for more a college grad. - No true voice within the company. -Like most companies this company is sales driven. The client services department simply exists within the company versus having an actual voice.

Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

Great people in various internal roles.

Cons

CRO and Senior leadership failed with execution of their CS REORGANIZATION! They laid off exceptional and tenured talent who were either not replaced or new job requisitions filled with external candidates. Upon making internal employees aware of layoffs, they did so in such a callous manner with complete disregard for humanity. It was literally appalling and disgusting! The ‘Magic of Equinix’ (I belong. I matter. I feel safe.) is no longer present and hasn’t been for over two years. No work life balance. Everyone is just a number so why be an over achiever in such an awful space. Morale is lower than ever!
