Pros
Competitive compensation packages, bonuses and stock options. Enjoyed facilities and working with some talented people.
Cons
Lack of accountability and leadership, particularly in the marketing organization. Infighting, back-stabbing, dysfunction, inflated titles, arrogance and politics flourish here and are the worst I've seen. It's all about "protecting your turf", power, and image at any costs. Implementing new ideas to actually help Sales and improve processes in a positive, effective and measurable way aren't welcome (unless someone else in a political power position gets the credit). If you are a robot or just a "yes' person who likes to take orders, you'll do fine here. As a result, many of the top talent has left. No amount of compensation is worth one's sanity.
