10yThank you for providing this valuable and thoughtful feedback. We certainly agree that innovation is important for Equinix and our customers. While it is always a challenge to balance the speed of innovation with our desire to provide our customers with the high quality service they expect from Equinix, we have put more emphasis on innovation within the CTO office in recent months. Some examples of our recent innovation activities include participation in the Stanford Platform LAB and joining the Open Compute Project with Facebook and many other industry technology leaders. Our vision is to create a continuous and vibrant innovation ecosystem at Equinix. Thanks again for your input.
