And knowing that we have the capability of helping people connect to the world around them faster and easier is a nice feeling at the end of a long day.
Cons
Essentia is still finding its feet in some ways. Key areas such as accounting and HR continue to staff up to accommodate the company's growth, but they're getting to the needed levels. Also, there can be better communication among employees and departments at times.
