      Living in Sweden (Parental leave)

      Cons

      Living in Sweden (all the rest) High taxes and: All managers are young and have little inexperience. Is more about spending European money than to achieve a purpose. Company do not listen to the needs of the employees. totaly obscure management and inequality on salaries.

      Interesting project and work tasks.

      Cons

      The work load is constantly increase. People that leave are not replaced and everyone left have to pick up their work. The salary isn’t great to begin with and you are expected to take on the added workload and responsibilities without any compensation.
