It’s great that you acknowledge that as it is one of our core values and that it resonated with you. We are disappointed to hear you felt there was not much training for new hires. We have taken action since your time with us to ensure that our new hire training program is a success. We also have an uncapped commission plan to incentivize and reward our sales team. We hope these changes indicate willingness on management’s part to respond to feedback such as yours.
