My experience with the company has been very positive overall. I initially worked with the company for some months before becoming a permanent member, which gave me a great perspective on the culture, and that positive experience ultimately reinforced my decision to join full-time. I feel genuinely supported by my manager, my close team, and the wider leadership team. Hard work, proactiveness, and going the extra mile are recognized, and potential doesn’t go unnoticed. There are plenty of opportunities to showcase your skills and share your own perspective, which makes the work both engaging and empowering. The benefits and perks are good, and many initiatives are thoughtfully designed to be inclusive. In the tech space especially, shifting priorities and moving pieces are to be expected. It’s a fast-paced environment, but if you stay adaptable and continue to add value through strong performance, there’s real opportunity for growth and impact. I also appreciate the clear 'you said, we did' approach. Employee feedback is taken seriously, and action is often visible.

As with any large organization, there are areas that could always be improved. No company is perfect, but it’s not the challenges that define a company, it’s how it responds. What stands out here is the speed, ownership, and intention behind fixing things and moving forward.

None that meaningfully outweighed the damage caused by leadership and culture. Any initial positives—friendly onboarding, attractive messaging, or surface-level perks—quickly disappeared once the reality of the environment became clear.

This was the worst company I have ever worked for. At first, the people seemed great and the company presented itself as having a strong culture and clear values. Over time, repeated leadership changes, broken promises, and a lack of consistent direction made it clear that the culture was more branding than reality. Management was disorganized and often ineffective. Expectations shifted without communication, commitments were made and quietly abandoned, and decisions frequently felt misaligned with the values the company claimed to stand for. The environment itself felt deeply unhealthy. I observed behavior that crossed professional and ethical boundaries and normalized conduct that would not be acceptable in a healthy workplace. There was a culture of excess and poor judgment that filtered down into how people were treated and how business was conducted. It created instability, distrust, and emotional exhaustion. What began as a role I was excited about became a place with no sense of future or growth. It ultimately did not align with my values or the kind of organization I ever want to be part of. Management was disorganized and often ineffective. Expectations shifted without communication, commitments were made and quietly abandoned, and decisions frequently felt misaligned with the values the company claimed to stand for. I witnessed behavior that felt unethical and demoralizing, which created an environment of instability and distrust. What began as a role I was excited about became a place with no sense of future or growth. It ultimately did not align with my values or the kind of organization I want to be part of.
