Disappointing and frustrating - Anonymous employee Exxeta Employee Review

My experience at Exxeta was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The management in my team was particularly poor. The manager seemed largely absent when it came to actual leadership or support, yet had no problem criticizing others while contributing very little themselves. It created a situation where employees were expected to perform without any real direction or accountability from management. The HR department was equally ineffective. When issues were raised, they were either ignored or handled very slowly, giving the clear impression that employee concerns were not a priority. There was little sense that HR was there to support staff or improve the work environment. Unfortunately, the team culture made things even worse. Several coworkers were openly rude and unprofessional, and gossiping behind people’s backs seemed to be a normal part of the workplace. Instead of collaboration and respect, the environment often felt toxic and uncomfortable.
