Pros
People have a lot of ownership and dedication to their job to do it well which allows trustworthiness for the people you work with. Also get to work with a lot of knowledgeable and experienced people.
Cons
Excessive leadership and not enough worker bees, middle management has no training to be managers but also have too many meetings to sit in to actually develop their employees, compensation is NOT up to par in comparison to the industry. ExxonMobil does have the best of the best employees but they aren’t being retained anymore like they were in the past.
