Pros
I think as a fresh graduate or if it is your first job in Budapest - it is a good start. The benefits are pretty good, especially medical insurance and the 13th salary payment. Work-life balance is great, depends on a Team Lead, but overall many possibilities of flexibility. Ergo equipments are of a good quality and there is a big choice. In general building, equipments, open space, cafes nearby + you can use a Gym - shows that they really try to work for people's needs.
Cons
Higher management is full of local people, a little bit toxic environment, if you're a foreigner you might feel lonely and isolated. It seems that a lot of people stay in this company, because majority of them would not find a better job elsewhere - they know they're an average/mid employee. People get lead positions because top talent is quitting and they choose from whatever is left in the team.
