      Pros

      Great benefits, great product, and the CEO is great!

      Cons

      Lots of budget issues. Outside Sales rules everything and are able to treat other employees unfairly because they are treated like Kings. Culture is horrible but the current CEO is trying to change things I do believe it will be better in a few years!

      Lower than standard industry pay Corporate culture weeds out those who don't toe the line Weak management with little to no mentorship High turnover, downsizing regularly No direction or accountability within or across teams No advancement opportunity / only senior positions ever available
