Cons
As an OG networking company in the middle of fundamental transformation, there is no play book from the industry on how to proceed with this soul-level transformation. It's not a place for people that aren't comfortable with change, and major effort is required (and expected) to transform the company. This can make it hard to stand out because you kind of have to be amazing to keep up. It seems very difficult to advance one's career in the current climate.
