Pros
The pay, training, Team support are all very helpful. Annual company party can be very fun/nice break and chance to get together with your peers.
Cons
The insurance is sky high and doesn’t seem to cover anything despite what the package tells you. Every time I’ve been to a doctor or specialist I am building full same as if I were a cash patient. For a family of two it’s over 500 per month… benefits for weekly self-care are promoted but when I asked, you’re never given the time to take advantage. Senior management also can be very cold and out of touch. Thankfully team leads are very available and helpful/kind.
