Pros
On-floor training is great. Subject-matter experts on hand at all times during initial few days of real calls.
After settling down there is a lot of very useful knowledge that can be gleaned from this job and you discover constructive ways to truly help clients' needs.
Coaching is patient, helpful and always two-way.
Cons
Hours a little bit more extra than needed.
Initial off-floor training lacks cohesion in between its different stages (although I went through it at a time when the training personnel were undergoing change and there was transition, so it could be better now).
