They want us all to quit - Anonymous employee FPI Management Employee Review

FPI took over a 66 property portfolio. They had plenty of time to get all of the transitioning employees ready for success but this has been a total mess. Managers are expected to do SO MUCH WORK without help. Without much guidance and we are ALL struggling and afraid they are going to fire us! It's too much at one time and I really think they want us all to quit. So many of us are looking for a new job. We don't want to work for a company who does not want us! Lives are at stake here and there is no work/home life balance. Office is closed for trainings hours of the day and we have a lot to catch up on.
