FPI is hosting a job fair in the San Diego area. Why? Because they have successfully managed to scare off SO MUCH of the team!
As employees drop like flies, they don't act like they give a rats. It's just an "okay, thanks! " type of response. Where is the HEART in that, FPI? All part of their plan...
FPI has SO MUCH TRAINING... seems great, right? Not when it's closing the office almost on a daily basis. All of it is basically watching a webinar, NOT hands on and the next day a new training is thrown your way- causing you to not retain information cause brains are on OVERLOAD. Employees are feeling like they have learning disabilities. It's too much too soon. Allow us to see it, practice it BEFORE you throw another program our way.
Questions? Too bad. Nobody has an answer unless It's "search the intranet SOP's". Yeah, so let me go waste 30-40 minutes (time I don't have), sorting through 40 different SOP's to find the right one, when you could give me a one time answer, in 3 seconds. This is if you get a response at all! Where is the HEART in that, FPI?
Upper management truly doesn't understand that managers have to run offices. They are too busy making sure employees are not standing around on company time, which isn't happening! All they're doing is overwhelming us and unfortunately, leads us to not providing good customer service. Where is the HEART in that, FPI?
The internal emails are excessive and causes you to miss important ones. Career opportunities are posted and emailed to all, MULTIPLE times a day. Coverage in other states... like really? Like I am going to go cover a property in Colorado tomorrow, when I live in San Diego. Or vendor search emails from other states.. sorry but we prob do not have the same carpet cleaner! They need to find a way to limit emails to specific areas .God forbid someone hits the "reply all" button Prayer requests- what if someone is an athiest? Just insane....
Over worked, under staffed, under paid...
