Pros

Flexible hours, East side Manufacturing Operations Manager, Manufacturing East and West Operations Team Leads, East Quality Manufacturing Specialist, Facilities Engineer, Validation Director, Customer Service Supervisor, Microbiology and Chemistry Lab Manager.

Cons

Very few leaders and many delegator's. The work culture is poor due to inexperienced senior leadership within a 503B space. Leadership would benefit from diving into the CFRs and 503B guidance as they tend to lack the knowledge of manual fill processes and workflow within the unique entity. Leadership also does not understand that the Wichita locations are not a 24 hour operation and attempts to implement processes without proper staffing and the sense of time. Leadership does not positively deal with poor work place behaviors. Staffing does not know the chain of command and the purpose of team work. In seeking employment at these facilities be prepared to have no direction as this company is attempting too many projects and changes at once while dedicating to unrealistic time frames. Senior leadership only visits the production plant right before an audit with very little interactions with the team keep the business financially stable.

Pros

Free lunches 2x week (con here: they tell you how much you can take/eat....), downtown office with free parking.

Cons

One of the most toxic companies I've ever worked at. All the reviews exposing the nepotism are 100% correct—it’s a very bizarre environment where barely anyone is actually qualified for their role. Andy is the head of North America, and the entire NA division is basically run by his family and close friends. I don't even think he understands the actual business; he just walks around the office blasting calls on speakerphone, which is incredibly unprofessional. Everyone is ridiculously micromanaged. They literally have someone sneak around to walk around and take physical attendance. If you aren't at your desk, your boss gets an immediate ping. I've heard that people in some departments are genuinely afraid to even use the bathroom for too long. I could go on and on, but save yourself the misery and stay away from this company. The hierarchical structure here belongs in the stone age. There is an massive, alienating distance between the top executives and the bottom-tier employees, making it feel like a very old-school, siloed corporate dictatorship. To make matters worse, you are forced to work out of a maze of separate executive offices using ancient, broken tools that seem designed to suck the efficiency out of your day and make your job ten times harder than it needs to be. Your career will not advance here. Oh, and they fire someone almost every other day.
