Very few leaders and many delegator's. The work culture is poor due to inexperienced senior leadership within a 503B space. Leadership would benefit from diving into the CFRs and 503B guidance as they tend to lack the knowledge of manual fill processes and workflow within the unique entity. Leadership also does not understand that the Wichita locations are not a 24 hour operation and attempts to implement processes without proper staffing and the sense of time. Leadership does not positively deal with poor work place behaviors. Staffing does not know the chain of command and the purpose of team work. In seeking employment at these facilities be prepared to have no direction as this company is attempting too many projects and changes at once while dedicating to unrealistic time frames. Senior leadership only visits the production plant right before an audit with very little interactions with the team keep the business financially stable.

Constant turnover. Back stabbing environment, especially HR and upper management. Good ol' boys network including making big decisions over drinks at a local bar. Thirsty Thursdays. Look in any desk cabinet and you will find a bottle of liquor.
