      Pros

      Decent and dedicated worker bees going above and beyond with little to no recognition. It is amazing!

      Cons

      Incompetence and lack of good professional business acumen starts at the top and funnels down like a cancer through executive, senior and middle level of management. The BOD would be embarrassed if they could see it from a clearer lens. What a travesty to see what Eric Shultz fostered be destroyed.
