Pros
Orientation was organized and well-planned, benefits are great. Leadership was amazing. I worked 100% remotely and they provided two large monitors, modem, headset, keyboard and mouse. We use MS Teams for team calls, IMs and outbound calls.
Cons
Production-driven position but the training process is not rushed so you have time to learn and feel comfortable.
