- No progression or job structure - Management don't have a clue how to scale - No responsibility for previous cycle failures, instead they fire 80% of staff instead of C level taking a step down

- A few friendly colleagues - Flexible work hours

- Management practices can sometimes appear inconsistent - There may be instances where colleagues who are not in management positions exert undue influence or behave in a manner that suggests a higher level of authority.
