Pros
Pay is good Some good people out there The ability to move up seems fairly attainable Being occasional allows you to practically choose your own work hours
Cons
Turnover rate is horrific, you deal with so many different managers and their communication is horrible. They accidentally terminated me three times the final time HR was so fed up with the managers who were supposed to reverse it which they were all fed up with each other at it happening so much and then so many times to me in less than a year that they just said reapply and we’ll get you back in, but at that point I was fed up with them mostly because they told me to continue working but come to find out because I’m not in the system no one can clock my hour, so now I’m working and can’t even get paid, but this wasn’t communicated until after my paychecks stopped coming and I got in a money bind
