FedEx Office is up front with its expectations and policies. There is potential for advancement if you work hard enough to improve the store and show that every effort has been made. Management makes an effort to accommodate requests for assistance and makes themselves available. It's very easy if you read the provided materials; there is a policy or procedure for everything.
Cons
It's a corporate retail position; if someone calls out, it's on you to get coverage and staff isn't always so willing to obtain overtime. Life is work if you let it take over. The goals for quarterly bonuses can be difficult to obtain since they are not entirely based on your store's performance. If there are any uncontrollable expenses for your store that push you over budget, your bonus will suffer regardless of if you could prevent it or not.
