Pros
They have the best people to work with, which is the only reason I have stayed. I'm not sure how they hired such amazing people/hard workers for poor pay.
Cons
Under paid, over-worked, unappreciated of extreme efforts, and constant changes to your daily work that make your job more difficult! They are believe in constant changes because there's endless ways to improve a process, which is great and totally understandable but they will rip away all your resources you need for your job and add another 5 steps to your day to day process but of coarse expect more work out of you! The ONLY way to get a "decent" raise is a promotion. Very high turn around rate, so we're always short staffed and still expected to have the same high production rate.
