Pros

401k match. Decent benefits. Sometimes cool employees to work with. You can transfer to any location in the US that has a position open.

Cons

Too many things to remember and they just keep adding more services to offer. 1 person basically does 4 jobs. Management always seems to be a problem. No one wants to hold anyone accountable. The company is so big that theres a lot of miscommunication. They recently cut hours and keep adding tasks. Everything you do is measured and you’re expected to consistently achieve every goal all the time. Customer service isn’t always knowledgeable/correct. Customers Tracking is rarely accurate (over promising and under delivering.) High expectations for a pay thats not worth it. Easy place to get burnt out if you’re a good employee. Slacker employees just stick around.

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
