      Pros

      Not too many, hybrid but that's changing. Some good people but very hit and miss. Good work-life balance if in right team with right manager.

      Cons

      *Company acts like a fintech but operates more like a bank *Really poor communication from leaders, then token follow ups after poor survey results *Recent leadership hires have worsened the culture. Strong micro management, right from COO downwards. *Constant layoffs done stealthily, almost every year *Strong favourtism in teams, progression more on who you are friends with *Real feel of nepotism in company *Compensation below average for engineering *Product decent but replaceable by customers building own agents so dont see strong future growth for company *Preach on their values but its not upheld by leaders

      Pros

      The talent across teams is exceptional. There’s a strong sense of ownership, with people trusted to take responsibility and deliver. The pace is fast, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and gain exposure to different parts of the business.

      Cons

      Because of the pace of growth, some internal processes can still feel like they’re a work in progress, which can sometimes lead to inefficiencies or duplicate work. At times, priorities can change quickly, which requires teams to be flexible.

      Pros

      Remote working is good 401K and health insurance

      Cons

      Hot mess of company particularly in delivery of projects. The CCO is the worst I have ever seen. No strategy and all over the place. Developers are based in Ireland and are very difficult to deal with. No career opportunities and lots of layoffs
