      Pros

      Alot of the people are great, but this would be the case in most companies.

      Cons

      Massive layoffs, despite repeated assurances to the contrary. There is no communication or transparency regarding business decisions, and promotions are secretive and based on factors other than merit. Little to no acknowledgement from senior management as to the hurt being felt lower down the food chain.

      Pros

      The talent across teams is exceptional. There’s a strong sense of ownership, with people trusted to take responsibility and deliver. The pace is fast, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and gain exposure to different parts of the business.

      Cons

      Because of the pace of growth, some internal processes can still feel like they’re a work in progress, which can sometimes lead to inefficiencies or duplicate work. At times, priorities can change quickly, which requires teams to be flexible.

      Pros

      Remote working is good 401K and health insurance

      Cons

      Hot mess of company particularly in delivery of projects. The CCO is the worst I have ever seen. No strategy and all over the place. Developers are based in Ireland and are very difficult to deal with. No career opportunities and lots of layoffs
