Pros
Good team, good environment to work in. Ample opportunity to use new technologies. Direct management did his best given the circumstances of the arrogant CEO. I stress again that everyone was doing their best with the hand given to them by the CEO.
Cons
For a small office, with under 12 people, CEO has no appreciation for staff. No concern for employee turnover, and a history of bad practices in the name of profit. Team is forced to work around this, making it quite stressful. I wound up effectively working on 5 separate projects, with top management not allowing any prioritisation, leading to total burnout on my part
