-Promotions are not based on meritocracy but rather if the bosses like you.
-Not enough training, employees are left to figure out by themselves what to do.
- no SOP or Kpi in place
- Management a bit detached from reality (hence pay check lower than competitors)
Nothing that is positive and very low percentage of advance in career
Cons
The company is managed in very chaothic way. A lot of former employees leave or get fired on the basis of personal choices made by top management. The top management require employees to do personal tasks which did not form part of the scope of the employment.
