Do you like being harrased? Working over time everyday? Having no private life? Being promised to receive a proper training, but receive none and being put in charge of the most important clients of the company even though you have zero experience in the field? Then this is the job for you!! Go to work everyday thinking about throwing yourself under the train, clock in at 8:30 and clock out at 21:30, work on Saturdays too, deal with difficult and pushing clients and an even more troublesome management, great! The “we are a big family” walking red flag, do yourself a favour and stay away from this company

-Fairly relaxed environment - possibility of travelling

Cons

-Promotions are not based on meritocracy but rather if the bosses like you. -Not enough training, employees are left to figure out by themselves what to do. - no SOP or Kpi in place - Management a bit detached from reality (hence pay check lower than competitors)

Pros

Nothing that is positive and very low percentage of advance in career

Cons

The company is managed in very chaothic way. A lot of former employees leave or get fired on the basis of personal choices made by top management. The top management require employees to do personal tasks which did not form part of the scope of the employment.
