      Remuneração na média/acima do mercado, bons beneficios, sem desconto ao funcionário, dependendendo da area pode ser um paraíso de empresa.

      Cons

      MUITA, MUITA POLITICA, quantidade de politica e favoritismo absurda em especial dentro de trade marketing. Algumas pessoas podem entregar menos da metade do trabalho de outras se fizerem parte do grupinho certo. Prazos fora da realidade.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
