      Great colleagues with high professional knowledge, Great relationship with line manager and was able to gain lots of learning.

      Cons

      Top down management with little transparency. Company restructure caused negative feelings in working environment.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
