      consumer and product centric culture, best in class marketing tools, opportunity to learn

      Cons

      toxic management style (too micro, too politics, no empowerment), hierarchical, company and top management (sometimes crazy) needs are like a "religion", coming always before people, wellbeing, balance, safety

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
