open racism - Transportation Manager Ferrero Employee Review

Had been working at Ferrero Kazakhstan for 4 years. Last year Central Asia and Caucasus region was divided from Russia. After that central office of above new region became Kazakhstan. new vacancies have opened, but most of the leadership positions have been filled by Russin relocants. According to my calculations, at least 80% of the top management are Russians. Also, most of the middle managers also came to us from Russia. Most of local employees who have worked for the company for 5-10 years have not received any career opportunities and they left company. the only advantage of Russian people from local co-workers at Ferrero Kazakhstan it is they have Russian passport. That is all. We wrote about this injustice (to showing obvious incompetence of Russian) to managment of Ferrero in Luxemburg. they promised to look into this situation and give feedback, but no answer from them for 3 month.
