Pros

-Flexible Hybrid Work From Home/In-Office -Some fun licenses/brands* -Snacks

Cons

-Micromanagement. I didn't need you to ask 5x a day if I was going to meet the deadline that I assured you would be met. -Overloaded with tasks/projects on tight deadlines, often due to manager incompetency and inability to efficiently process a project down to the working staff, leaving little time to work on a project. -Little Innovation, against their moniker "innovation unleashed". After money issues during the pandemic, absolutely afraid to leap into new ventures that aren't cheap toys. Consistently taking the lowest-cost route which ultimately affected product quality yielding lackluster & poorly executed products. -Blatant favoritism of employees, especially higher level staff. Lots of office politics in play -Design team was treated as the lowest level, Creative Director referred to us as "kitchen staff". Designers were left to clean up most of management & PM missteps. Design dept. has taken a huge hit in terms of the quality of product & marketing materials within the past few years as a result of staff turnover. -Managers don't listen to their employees when they suggest smarter decisions based off of trend, market research, and quality. -Consistent gaslighting of employees to 'keep peace' even though most of the problems stem from office politics and lack of a cohesive strategy across all departments. -Little to no benefits, bad health plans. What pet company doesn't offer pet insurance to their employees???

Pros

Unfortunately, none. Working here was a horrible time, I definitely wouldn’t recommend applying for a position here.

Cons

Office politics dictate promotions and opportunities to advance, leadership is arrogant and demanding, work-life balance is terrible, company loyalty and hard work isn’t rewarded, etc.
