Pros
Retirement benefits with an automatic 10% profit sharing and $ for $ match on 401k up to 7%. Ability to work overtime for time and a half pay. After 5 years you have 4 weeks paid vacation plus 10 holidays paid.
Cons
Tied to a phone with headset over 90% of the time. Working in cubicle city. After a couple of years you are rarely challenged mentally and continuously repeat the same menial task and conversations with customers. You do not generally work with the same customers so you are constantly talking to new people and the customers get different answers and advise from rep to rep. Very political management team.
