Business outlook
Pros
Within 2 years, opportunities to help train new hires, work in multi-practice customer support, and advance to provide interim team support have left great aspirations to continue to strive for success. They do not reward showing off or doing what's expected, so to get ahead, you need to network and do something for your manager like being a load-lifter in some way to show your worth, in addition to doing your job well.
Cons
There are so many people, it can be hard to stand out. Not all opportunities will apply to you or your business unit and sometimes information regarding availability might not be available with much notice.
