Pros
Pay and benefits are very good. They spend money like it is going out of style. The compensation is good but you have to be cautious what the HR reps promise you. They will promise you anyting just so you will accept.
Cons
Fidelity is a lifestyle not just work. You work 24X7. No room for family. Way too much paperwork to do your job. Boston rules, Raleigh is treated like India outsourced. Where I worked, I only got to know the 5 people that I worked with. Also, if you work in Raleigh, be wary of the Boston people. They are not friendly and are not interested in helping anyone new. The NH office resent the Raliegh office with a passion.
