Pros
It is a very young culture because the company primarily targets individuals fresh out of college for the position. Additionally you are able to gain insight into the financial industry.
Cons
Not a long term career path. The job itself is in a call center which limits the "career" to positions within a call center. Poor management of employees, and low pay in comparison to similar companies within the industry.
