      The team is extremely open and supportive. There are well defined processes and culture to promote remote work. The company has a culture that incetivizes a healthy work/life balance

      Cons

      Being a scale up, the organizational structure, roles and responsibilities are quite dynamic and sensitive to market pressures, so anyone working here needs to be able to adapt quickly.

      My experience at Filestage has been unlike any previous employer, in the best way. Everyone in the company is very supportive and maintains a collaborative environment. Transparency is valued here and there is a great structure in place.
