- Head of Engineering is a great guy to work with. truly inspirational. - Other than a small number of individuals, the overall culture is very positive and each person goes out of their way to help others. - No hardliners, no micro-management, people understand each other and help each other. - Head of HR is a genuine guy, straight-up personality. Cons
- Company lacked vision (at that time). Leadership and sales team especially were not able to reach their targets causing a deficit which in turn caused a lot of layoffs. The layoffs majorly impacted the engineering team only and not the sales and marketing which was sad to see. - Being a startup with series A funding, you should be focused more on sales initially to be cash-flow positive as quickly as possible or if you foresee that the graph is going to go down, focus all your engineering and sales effort on sustainability rather than new features.
